WARRANTY POLICY

-We offer 12 months of warranty (by providing spares parts or repair service) for all products we sold.

- In case of DOW(Defect-On-Warranty) item take place, we will cover cost the shipping back the defected parts to you but you must send it to us at you own cost.

- Because of the nature of the product, all of items can be returned with any defective within warranty date.
- Items sold are guaranteed against DOD (Dead-On-Departure).

- If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail to ass@loyaltyind.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires.
 
- Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

- All items/parts being shipped back must be packaged correctly for them not to  be damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for what happens to items during shipping and will not cover any damages due to shipping. We are also not responsible for any lost items in shipping. (for returned).

- All returns items must include pertaining accessories and in original condition.
- We warranty every item we sell and we provide support via e-mail or on   the telephone. We're with you from start to finish!

- Repair time is dependant on shipping time and whether the item is in stock.

- Warranty is voided in any case of alteration of the product. (e.g, cut cable, wrong power, color change etc.).

- Simply customer satisfaction: In business since 2003, less than 3% return rate.

WE ALSO OFFER ONE YEAR EXTENT WARRANTY AGAINST AN EXTRA COST OF USD 0.50/UNIT. IF NEEDED, PLEASE DISCUSS WITH US WHEN ORDER.
